Victoria Flanagan

Victoria C. Flanagan is the author of Glossary of Unsaid Terms, winner of Beloit Poetry Journal’s 2020 Chad Walsh Chapbook Prize. Their writing has been awarded an Academy of American Poets Prize, Palette Poetry's Emerging Poets Prize, and a Sewanee Writers' Conference scholarship, among other honors. A former Ronald Wallace Fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing, their work has appeared in The Adroit JournalThe BoilerVerse DailyAppalachian ReviewNew SouthBlackbird, and elsewhere. Originally from western North Carolina, Flanagan holds a dual-genre MFA in poetry and nonfiction from Virginia Commonwealth University.
